Ayush has an expertise in arbitration and civil commercial litigation and enjoys getting to the heart of complex disputes for the clients he represents. He regularly advises banks, financial institutions, public sector undertakings and private entities on matters spanning banking and finance, power and infrastructure, insolvency and bankruptcy and company law. Ayush regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, trial courts and various tribunals. Since 2024, he has also given his time as legal aid counsel with the New Delhi District Legal Services Authority.
