A seasoned infrastructure law and arbitration specialist, Priyabrat leads the firm's arbitration and projects practice. As former Head – Legal at Isolux Corsan India, he has negotiated and disputed some of the country's most complex EPC and concession agreements — and now argues the arbitrations those contracts predictably produce.

Rajesh is a seasoned real estate & infrastructure lawyer with over two decades of experience in guiding private & public commercial and residential developments. He advises corporates, funds, foreign and domestic investors through complex contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, due diligence, acquisition, development, high value leasing and dispute resolution. Known for his sharp strategic insight and meticulous attention to detail, Rajesh combines a client-centric approach with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in high-stakes transactions and complex disputes.

Ayush has an expertise in arbitration and civil commercial litigation and enjoys getting to the heart of complex disputes for the clients he represents. He regularly advises banks, financial institutions, public sector undertakings and private entities on matters spanning banking and finance, power and infrastructure, insolvency and bankruptcy and company law. Ayush regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, trial courts and various tribunals. Since 2024, he has also given his time as legal aid counsel with the New Delhi District Legal Services Authority.

Abhishek is a civil engineer from the prestigious Punjab Engineering College and also holds an LL.M. degree from Rajasthan University. With more than 13 years of experience as a contracts and legal expert with reputed construction companies — and later as independent legal counsel — he is one of the founding partners of Apex Partners. He has worked with large infrastructure companies such as Punj Lloyd, Kazstroy Group, Drake & Scull International PJSC, and GR Infraprojects, covering almost every vertical of the infrastructure sector — highways, irrigation and water treatment, power and transmission, airports, urban infrastructure, refineries, and pipelines — as a contracts and claims expert and contractual risk management specialist. During his career as an engineer, Abhishek worked extensively on claim preparation — delay analysis, claim quantification, and assistance through the arbitration process — on claims of nearly ₹5,000 crore across projects and companies. From 2018 onwards, he has been in full-time practice as an advocate.

Nahush graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. His primary practice involves Civil Commercial Litigation, Power & Infrastructure and Constitutional Law. He currently leads the commercial dispute practice at the firm. He regularly represents our clients before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts and Tribunals, handling matters spanning commercial disputes, constitutional matters, service law and property disputes.
