Priyabrat is both a law graduate and qualified company secretary having more than 20 years of experience both as in-house and external counsel. From 2000 to 2006, Priyabrat was with various law firms and litigation practice. He joined Delhi International Airport in 2006 and continued there for 4 years with another 4 years as head legal with IsoluxCorsan India. He came back to practice once again in 2014. Priyabrat is the founding and managing partner of Apex Partners.

During his professional career, Priyabrat has work extensively in different verticals of infrastructure sector such as telecom, power, airport, renewable energy, roads and other civil constructions. Having worked both as in-house counsel as well as external counsel, Priyabrat understand the nuances of the infrastructure sector and has worked on the whole gamut of issues starting from project structuring, risk analysis, bid advisory, regulatory, contract management to arbitration and related litigations.

Abhishek is a civil engineer from the prestigious Punjab Engineering College and also holds a LLM degree from Rajasthan University. Abhishek has more than 13 years of experience as a contracts/ legal expert in reputed construction companies as well as an independent legal counsel. He is one of the founding partners of Apex Partners.

Abhishek has worked with some of the large infrastructure companies such as Punj Lloyd, Kazstroy Group, Drake & Scull International PJSC, GR Infraprojects etc. wherein he has covered almost all verticals of infrastructure sector such as highway, irrigation & water treatment, power& transmission, airport, urban infrastructure, refineries & pipe lines etc. The role of Abhishek in all these projects was as a contracts and claims expert and contractual risk management.

During his professional career as an engineer, Abhishek worked on various aspects of claim preparation such as delay analysis, claim quantification/ preparation of claims and assistance during arbitration process.

Shalaka graduated from School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar in 2015. After graduation, she joined his father’s chamber who is now a senior advocate in Odisha High Court. She has extensive experience in drafting and appearing before various forums such as High Courts, district courts, State Commissions, NCDRC, DRT, DRAT, NCLTs, NCLAT etc. in wide variety of matters. Shalaka takes care of the litigation matters of Apex Partners.

Abhishek graduated from School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar in 2016. After graduation, he moved to Delhi for litigation practice. Since then, he has gained considerable first-hand experience in litigation including drafting, appearing and arguing before various Courts/Tribunals in wide variety of matters including matters pertaining to RDDFI Act, SARFAESI Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code etc. He has also worked on several matters related to CPC, Cr.PC, Arbitrations, Writ Petitions and Consumer disputes.

He regularly appears across various forum including Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCDRC, DRT, NCLTs, NCLAT Delhi, Delhi State Consumer Commission, Consumer District Forums, CAT etc. He represents various Banks / Financial Institution across different judicial / quasi-judicial forums apart from representing private individuals as well as companies / entities.

Mayur is a graduate of School of Law, Auro University, Surat in 2020. He has also completed his LLM from Gujarat National Law University in 2021specializing in Corporate and Business Laws. After briefly working with Torrent Power Ltd., Ahmedabad, Mayur joined Apex Partners as an Associate. Mayur assists his seniors in Apex Partners in both corporate and litigation matters. He is a quick learner and a good researcher and doesn’t shy away to taking on new challenges.
